Pray that “one generation will commend Your works to another; they will tell of Your mighty acts. They will speak of the glorious splendor of Your majesty, and I will meditate on your wonderful works. They will tell of the power of Your awesome works, and I will proclaim Your great deeds. They will celebrate Your abundant goodness and joyfully sing of Your righteousness.”

PSALM 145:4-7

Pray that “just as you excel in everything – in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in your love for us – see that you also excel in the grace of giving.”

2 CORINTHIANS 8:7

Pray that we will be sensitive to God’s calling. “The LORD said to Moses, ‘Tell the Israelites to bring me an offering. You are to receive the offering for me from each man whose heart prompts him to give.’”

EXODUS 25:1

Pray that our children will walk in truth and that they will learn what sacrifice and faith means so they can leave a legacy of faith for generations to come. “I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.”

3 JOHN 1:4

Pray that our giving will be “a fragrant offering, and acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God. And my God will meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.”

PHILIPPIANS 4:18-19

Pray that we will put our trust in Christ alone. And pray that we will not make our own plans throughout this journey, but ask God “How will you use us to fulfill Your plans?” For “Yours, O LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is Yours. Yours, O LORD, is the kingdom; You are exalted as head over all.”

1 CHRONICLES 29:9-14

Pray that we will surrender to what God wants to do in and through us. “The king’s heart is in the hands of the LORD; He directs it like a watercourse wherever He pleases.”

PROVERBS 21:1

Pray that God would be in charge throughout this campaign. Pray that we would let Him take control of the project and our lives each and every day for “unless the LORD builds the house, its builders labor in vain.”
